Jacob is the Director of Comptons Kitchens Ltd. He started the company alongside his parents in 2012 and has grown it into a successful family-run business with three showrooms across Kent. Always approachable and hands-on, Jacob is regularly on-site or in the showrooms and is more than happy to help with any questions or issues that may arise. His passion for kitchens and commitment to quality is at the heart of everything Comptons does.

Lisa leads the design team at Comptons and brings with her many years of experience in interior design. With a great eye for colour and the cability to spot those small tweaks that can completely transform a space, she plays a key role in turning ideas into beautifully functional kitchens. You’ll often find Lisa in one of our showrooms or out on the road, visiting clients for internal measures and consultations. She’s passionate about bringing together all the elements on your wish list to ensure that you don’t just get a kitchen, you get your dream kitchen.

Josh is our Head Desinger and brings years of experience in CAD drawing and technical kitchen design. He works closely with the design team to create detailed plans and layouts tailored to your needs, ensuring that every kitchen not only meets but exceeds expectations. Josh acts as a vital link between the design and installation teams, making sure all information is communicated clearly and accurately. His attention to detail and collaborative approach help ensure your project runs as smoothly as possible from start to finish.

Nadine is a key member of our design team, bringing valuable experience in architecture that gives her a strong understanding of working from plans and layouts. This background helps her turn your ideas into a perfectly planned Comptons kitchen. At Comptons, our design team does more than just design. Nadine is also involved in the essential behind-the-scenes work — preparing technical documents, coordinating with builders, and arranging time slots for your installation. Her attention to detail ensures everything runs smoothly and your kitchen becomes a reality.

Victoria is a new member of our design team, working closely alongside the rest of the department. While she may be new to Comptons, she brings over 10 years of experience in the kitchen industry and has a strong track record of turning clients’ ideas into beautiful, functional spaces. She’s always happy to answer any questions you may have— whether it’s about appliances, colours, layouts, or anything else related to your kitchen. Like the rest of our design team, Victoria is fully involved in each project and is familiar with every client’s kitchen journey from start to finish.

Behind the scenes, Tilly creates all of our social media content and manages our marketing efforts with creativity and precision. From designing engaging campaigns to coordinating events and brand communications, she plays a key role in shaping how Comptons is seen and experienced. Her work brings the Comptons brand to life and ensures everything runs smoothly — from project planning through to promotion.

Danny is our Installation Manager, overseeing all kitchen installations and making sure everything runs smoothly on site. He’s often out on the road, checking in on projects and ensuring our installation team have everything they need to complete each kitchen to the highest standard. anny is your main point of contact for anything related to the installation process. He’s always on hand to resolve any issues, make adjustments if needed, and ensure that your kitchen is installed efficiently and to plan.

Charlie is our Head Installer and a true craftsman when it comes to fitting kitchens. With a sharp eye for detail—particularly in acrylic work—he ensures that everything is completed to the highest standard. With years of experience, Charlie is skilled at working from detailed plans and quickly finding solutions on site to keep everything on track. He works closely with the installation team and keeps the wider team updated to make sure there are no delays in your kitchen install.

Micky is a highly skilled and reliable member of our installation team. With a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality, he takes great pride in fitting each kitchen exactly as planned. Micky puts his full effort into every project to ensure your kitchen not only meets but exceeds your expectations. He works closely with the rest of the team on-site to maintain smooth progress and deliver a flawless finish.

Yordan has been part of the Comptons workshop team for many years and brings a wide range of skills to every project. Whether it’s joinery, painting, or hands-on problem-solving, Yordan is our all-round handyman — and a vital part of the team. You may see Yordan throughout your project, as he’s involved in the physical creation and finishing of your kitchen. He works closely with the rest of our workshop team to build your kitchen from scratch, but it’s not just about construction—it’s about perfecting every last detail before it leaves our workshop.

Ray is one of our Joiners, based in the workshop where he leads the crafting and construction of your kitchen. His day starts with carefully working out the cutting lists at the beginning of production and ends with putting the final screw in to ensure everything is perfect. Ray works closely with the design team to ensure that every design is not only beautiful but also practical and buildable. If any adjustments are needed, he finds solutions to turn your dream kitchen into reality. He is dedicated to perfecting every last detail before the kitchen leaves the workshop.

Josh is our specialist in reclaimed timber, bringing new life to every piece that arrives at the workshop. His meticulous process includes carefully de-screwing each plank, planing, tracing, and then cutting and shaping the wood into the stunning feature you’ve been dreaming of. You might also see Josh on-site occasionally, assisting the installation team with the early stages of fitting. His expertise helps ensure the kitchen is perfectly prepared to move smoothly into production and installation.
